Suggest folders for files with AI

The workspace's decision model reads each file's name and first pages and suggests one of the room's folders, with its band, and asks whether the file is written to steer an AI, which keeps its text from agents until a member clears it. Suggestions wait for a person to file them. Once people have confirmed enough of these suggestions on this instance, a high answer files a document on its own, only into a folder no link opens, marked as filed automatically. Needs the owner's switch for filing with AI and a decision model.
