For a checklist item whose wording matters, such as a board consent for SAFEs, the workspace's decision model points to the passage of the matched document that bears on it, with its page. It never says the document covers the item: a member reads the passage and records that with dataroom.checklist.update. Needs the owner's switch for filing with AI and a decision model.
