Get an agent execution

Returns the status, reasoning trace, and (once terminal) the final answer of a run started by POST /api/v1/agent-executions. steps grows while the run is in flight, so polling this endpoint is also how a REST caller follows the loop. Safe (GET) requests on this route are exempt from the per-day API-key quota: a poll consumes no daily slot, and only the per-minute burst limit applies.
