Player quality tier

Quality tier with overall and positional percentile. HONEST COVERAGE: NBA and NHL only. A player outside those leagues, or one without enough data to tier, returns tier: null with a reason string explaining why (there is no supported flag on this route). No query parameters. Solo plan or higher: player tiering starts at Solo; Free receives a 403 naming the tier and linking the docs and pricing pages.
