NBA game lineups (home/away players with position + starter flag)

Home and away lineups for one NBA game from the lineups feed. Each side is a flat array ordered starters-first; split starters from bench on the starter boolean (there is no separate team object or starters/bench split). id accepts our match UUID or the numeric NBA game id. Coverage fills in as the backfill runs: a real game with no ingested lineups yet returns empty arrays, not 404. Lineups exist 2025-26 onward only; for historical "who played" data (2019-20 onward) use /v1/nba/games/{id}/availability.
