Delete a User
To delete a user, send a DELETE request to /Users/$USER_ID. As specified in RFC-7644 §3.6, a successful delete operation returns HTTP status 204 (No Content). If the resource does not exist, HTTP status 404 is returned.
Note that deleting a user:
- Is permanent and cannot be undone
- Will remove all associated authentication data
- Will remove the user from all groups

Response
The user was successfully deleted. As per RFC-7644 §3.6, no response body is returned.
