Delete a Group
To delete a group, send a DELETE request to /Groups/$GROUP_ID. As specified in RFC-7644 §3.6, a successful delete operation returns HTTP status 204 (No Content). If the resource does not exist, HTTP status 404 is returned.
Note that this method cannot be used to delete any groups which were not created by SCIM, e.g. RBAC permission groups or other groups created through the Admin Console.

Response
The group was successfully deleted. As per RFC-7644 §3.6, no response body is returned.
