List all sports

Returns every sport in the database with specials market counts.

Response fields:

  • sport_id — Pinnacle sport ID (use this in other endpoints)

  • sport_name — Display name

  • has_offerings — Whether Pinnacle currently lists events (may lag for INSERT-only sync)

  • leagues_specials_count — Number of leagues with specials/props

  • event_specials_count — Number of events with specials/props

  • timestamp — Last update time (UTC)
