Opening lines with true (de-vigged) odds

The first odds snapshot recorded for each market/period/line on an event. One row per market-period-line combination.

Response fields: Same as /api/closing but without result_status or scores. Includes todds1/todds0/todds2 (de-vigged fair odds at the opening line).

Useful for measuring line movement (opening → closing) and identifying early value.
