Copy Ingest

Wake the speaker detection GPU while the user is on the new copy video screen.

<br/>The wizard's source step calls it when it opens and every 15 s while it is shown,<br/>until a link is pasted. At most one ping per user per 15 s; extra calls return<br/>pinged: false. A no-op without Modal credentials. Never waits on the GPU.
