Copy Ingest

Recent copy-extraction history, newest first.

<br/>Scoped to the caller: users see their own newest copy ingests (the<br/>owner filter runs in SQL before the limit); admins see every owner's.<br/><br/>state narrows the page: 'all' (default, also what an omitted or<br/>unrecognised value means) returns every lifecycle state, 'done'<br/>only settled rows, 'in_process' only queued / processing / failed.
