Affiliate Admin

The payout details IN THE CLEAR, for the admin who sends the money.

<br/>Deliberately a separate route from the drawer: reading an affiliate's<br/>application must not hand out their IBAN as a side effect. Every answer<br/>appends an audit_log row naming the admin, the affiliate and the route,<br/>which is the record of who saw the credentials and when. The details are<br/>never logged, only returned.
