Sessions

Send a message to a running session

Answers a running session, so a caller can complete a [manual] step the agent is waiting on. Poll GET /api/sessions/{sessionId} (or the case-trigger status endpoint): waitingForUser stays true until the agent actually resumes, and never clears for a message the agent's reviewer rejects. The message is treated exactly like one typed into the chat box.
