Export a session result as a PDF

Returns the session's test result report as a PDF: overview, result summary, and every step with its screenshot. The same report the web UI's Export menu downloads. A session that is still running exports the steps recorded so far. Sessions with more than 500 steps are rejected with 413; details.stepCount and details.maxSteps carry the numbers. Export the screenshots archive for those instead.
