Create a ListingSource as admin

Delegated Aura access tokens require listing-sources:write; missing scope returns 403 FORBIDDEN. Creates a ListingSource for an authenticated administrator.

operator accepts either an existing Party reference (EXISTING with partyId) or a new Party with name and optional contact details (NEW). Ingestion configuration, provider uniqueness, presentation, and referral validation remain service-owned. A WooCommerce ingestion configuration carries its required webhookSecret as a write-only member; it is never returned or logged.
