Manual trigger — admin session OR the out-of-process backstop cron (header X-Backstop-Secret == ATLAS_BACKSTOP_SECRET). Lets a Render cron POST this to defeat an in-process loop freeze silently starving the market feed (G1); without a secret branch a curl cron has no session and always 403s.
