Get the account's avatar
The account's picture as raw image bytes, with the media type it was stored as. Gateway-native. Members and admins may read (settings_view). 404 when the account has no picture, so a client falls back to whatever it draws for an account without one. The v query parameter is a client cache key and is ignored by the server. Fetch with the caller's bearer — this is not an <img src> address. The org_id in the path must be the caller's token org: another account's id is a 404.
