Restore the legal name and address after a Checkout left through its cancel URL

Company-admin only. A Checkout attempt (even a declined one) may write the cardholder name and the typed address on the Stripe customer; the stored legal name and address are put back. restored: false when there is no Stripe customer, neither stored legal name nor address, or USE_STRIPE=false.
