Get the company billing details (legal name, address, tax IDs)

Company-admin only. null before the first purchase or when USE_STRIPE=false. The legal name and address are the ones stored by the app (companies.billing_legal_name, companies.billing_address), never what a Checkout attempt (even declined) may have written on the Stripe customer. No stored address yet → seeded from the Stripe customer.
