Which agents and teams use each visible connection

Same scope as GET /integrations/connections. agentIds: non-completed agents of the company with an active (non-expired) grant, plus the implicit default grants of companyWide+defaultGranted native connectors (projects, knowledge) for agents without an explicit grant row. teamIds: distinct teams of those agents.
