Turn « Index in Context » on or off for a Notion connection

Same guard as managing the connection: an admin for a company connection, the creator for a personal one. Turning it off enqueues a delete in the knowledge outbox for every item of the connection (the indexer purges them). A company connection's pages are readable by every member; a personal one's by its creator only; agents need an integration grant on the connection.
