Set or clear the agent's 3D body finish (« skin »)

Owner of the agent, or an admin of the owner's company. A plain teammate (who can still view and chat with the agent) gets 404. finish: null clears it (back to carbone). Purely visual: nothing is pushed to the agent and nothing is journalled; the floor re-reads it from GET /floor/state.
