Career Forecast (structured timing)

Structured career-timing signals from birth data (taxonomy forecast-1): moveWindow[] (monthly 0–100 favourability of a career move, next 12 months), phaseTransitions[] (dated Da Yun / Vimshottari daśā changes in the next 24 months), domainSignals (monthly career/learning/relocation tracks, display-only) and annualTheme[] (theme enum per year, 3 years). Deterministic per (birth input + asOf month); per-signal confidence; no LLM. OMITTED GENDER DISCLOSED (genderAssumption): the decade direction underneath the timing layer is the male assumption when gender is omitted — a female chart's decades run the other way; the marker is absent when gender was supplied.
