Get Current

Return the currently published document for a slug.

Returns 404 if no published row exists — callers should treat this as "legal content not yet ready" and block acceptance paths accordingly.

Currently supports terms-of-service. Other slugs may be added over time (privacy-policy, dpa, etc.) without changing the route shape.
