Exchange Ticket Portal

Exchange OAuth proxy ticket for a portal session token.

Converts env-scoped auth session (authSessions/projectUsers) to portal-scoped session (portalSessions/portalUsers) so portal Better Auth can authenticate against platform adapter collections.
