Azure Marketplace MS Entra authentication callback

Callback endpoint that MS Entra redirects to after the user authenticates. This endpoint exchanges the authorization code for tokens, resolves the marketplace purchase token, validates the user belongs to the purchasing tenant, and redirects to the subscription confirmation page.
