Get an account's entitlement

An entitlement is a service usage right granted to your account by your account's entitler. An example of an entitlement is the Arpio Standard entitlement, which can be granted by the AWS Marketplace entitler. Your Arpio account's entitlements control which Arpio service features your account can access.
