Billable resources as of the last backup, broken down by application

Billable resources of the account and of each application as of the most recent backup of each replication pair, whatever its age, counted like the daily usage records: a shared resource shows under every application but is billed once. asOf is the newest backup used. 422 without the Usage & Billing feature.
