Download a Recovery Test Report as a PDF
Renders the report's PDF from its saved data and returns it.
The PDF is not stored, so each download renders a fresh copy; the same report and variant always produce the same document. The response redirects to a temporary download URL that expires after 5 minutes.
Requires the Recovery Reports capability on the account; without it the request fails with 422.
