Fleet exposure summary

Current position across the fleet, from each hull latest screening: counts by sanctions status, ownership band and vetting grade, plus the RED/AMBER hulls listed with the screening id that says so. Read unscreened_count first — hulls you registered but have never screened are NOT clean, they are unknown, and they are counted separately rather than folded into a band. Likewise ownership NOT_ASSESSED is its own bucket, never averaged into MEDIUM.

Required scope: vessel:screen.
