Get organization detail

Retrieve the full record for an organization, including historical data for names, addresses, legal forms, activities, statutory bodies, stakeholders, and equity.

The data field structure depends on the country:

  • SK: RPORecord with nested arrays (addresses, activities, statutory bodies, etc.)
  • CZ: CZRESRecord with flat fields (street, municipality, NACE code, etc.)

For Slovak organizations, the response automatically includes a vat field with VAT payer status and tax reliability from the Financial Administration.

When a CIN exists in both SK and CZ registers and no country parameter is specified, the API returns a 300 Multiple Choices response listing both options.

GDPR note: Personal identifiers are removed from Slovak data. Statutory body and stakeholder addresses show municipality only. A sole trader's own record, Slovak or Czech, is returned with the current address only; on the free plan with the municipality only and without sourceRegister (see the GDPR note in the introduction).

Country code. When omitted and the CIN exists in only one country, that record is returned. If the CIN exists in both countries, a 300 Multiple Choices response is returned with both options.

When we last wrote this record, not when the register last changed the company. Every sync stamps the rows it touches, and a full re-import stamps all of them, so this moves for reasons that have nothing to do with the company. For "what changed about this company and when", use /changes, which says what changed as well as when.
