Turn the social plan on

Turns the monthly social networks plan on: charges monthly_credits (one period for the clients billable now — nothing while every client is inside its free first month) once from your balance (a SUBSCRIPTION row in the ledger) and opens publishing, connecting, comments, messages and statistics for period_days. Needs confirm: true. Already on → nothing is charged. Short of credits → 402. Turn renewal off on the Social page.
