Social plan: status and price

Whether the monthly social networks plan is on, until when, and what it costs. The price is per CLIENT a month — a client is a brand with connected accounts (up to accounts_per_client each; the accounts in no brand are one client) — by how many clients you have (price_list: e.g. 1–4 clients 1,500 credits each; 5–9 clients 1,250 each; 10 and up 1,000 each — the tier of your total applies to every client). A new client's first month is free (new_client_free_days, once per network account); a plan with no billable client costs nothing. A client that becomes billable during a period (its free month ended, or it had none) is charged only the difference for the days left; adding accounts to a client costs nothing more; disconnecting refunds nothing; the next renewal counts the clients billable then. Read only — it never turns the plan on or charges anything. Without the plan these still work, free: this call and POST /v1/social/plan, the connect links (GET /v1/social/connect), your connected profiles (GET /v1/social/profiles) and your own posts (GET /v1/social/posts, GET /v1/social/posts/{id} — a post scheduled before the plan ended still goes out, and you can see its status and link). Every other call needs the plan — publishing, connecting, and the reads of statistics, comments, messages, queues, the calendar and webhooks — and answers 402 social_plan_inactive, charging nothing.
