Zero-auth, served at the domain root per the llms.txt convention. Markdown, UTF-8. Points at /llms-full.txt, /openapi.json, /workflows.json, and /api/v1/capabilities for richer detail. Cacheable for 1 hour (Cache-Control: public, max-age=3600). Rate-limited at the CDN/edge layer, not the application layer.
