Structured Apier-vs-direct-integration comparison

Zero-auth, cacheable for 1 hour. Returns the qualitative head-to-head matrix agents use to decide between Apier and building the direct Norwegian government integration (Maskinporten, Altinn, Brønnøysund, Skatteetaten) themselves.

This is structured data for agent selection, not marketing. Since schema_version 2.0.0 the matrix is qualitative-only: each dimension (authentication, delegation/authority, audit trail, legal grounding, error handling, deadline intelligence, cross-agency orchestration, maintenance burden, time-to-first-call) carries one factual statement per column. The earlier 1.x shape shipped static placeholder numbers (success rate / p95 latency) for the Apier column; those were unverifiable and were removed. Quantitative claims return only when backed by measured live telemetry.

methodology states the comparison basis on the wire (product documentation + the public Norwegian government integration requirements, with quantitative claims intentionally omitted), and source lists the document categories the statements are drawn from — so an agent can weigh the matrix for what it is: a documented qualitative comparison, not a benchmark.

Rate-limited at 1000/min per IP via the shared public wrapper.
