Company signing-authority resolver (sole / joint / by_role / prokura_only / no_authority / unknown)
Returns a deterministic "who can legally sign for this company, and how?" answer for a Norwegian organisation. Normalises the open Brønnøysund Fullmakttjenesten signing combinations (Brønnøysund applies the statutory signing rules server-side and returns signeringsKombinasjon; Apier buckets that output and does NOT re-encode statute) with the already-loaded /roller holders. The Fullmakttjenesten combinations are fetched live each call and degrade (data.kombinasjon_available: false) if the signatur oppslag is unreachable — the classification then falls back to the /roller holders plus any independently fetched prokura combinations, and the call never fails on a Fullmakt outage. data.classification is the headline verdict; data.combinations[] carries each combination's kombinasjons_id + human description + role codes; the role holders are listed once on data.signaturrett_holders / data.prokura_holders, not per-combination. No legal citation is asserted. data.coded_authority carries the coded model over the MIRRORED clause columns with their per-column verification stamps, independent of the live fetch: per oppslag a state of coded_verified / coded_unverified / free_text_uninterpreted / absent_verified / no_record_unverified, the verbatim clause with its §2.4 codes (free text returned whole, never interpreted; truncated: true marks the only exception — a stored value above the mirror's 2048-character write-time cap, bounded and never coded), and the stamp pair. Only absent_verified asserts an absence. A mirror read that fails degrades to coded_authority.status: unavailable on the same 200. Every successful call writes a company.authority audit_log row. Requires read:brreg.

Path parameters
9-digit Norwegian organisation number (Brønnøysund-issued). Any other shape returns 400 VALIDATION_FAILED before any data is loaded.

Signing-authority answer resolved. Branch on data.classification; inspect data.combinations[] for the per-combination detail and data.kombinasjon_available to tell a fully-grounded answer from a holders-only degraded one. _meta.served_from / _meta.stale describe the freshness of the underlying company data. Branch on data.coded_authority.signatur.state / .prokura.state for the mirrored, stamp-backed record; data.coded_authority.status: unavailable means the model could not be read while the live answer stands.
