Allows to modify certain block properties

Here is the list of operations that are currently allowed:

  • Add, replace and remove MarketSegment<br>You must have at least one of these scopes: 'blocks.manage, reservations.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.blocks.modify'.
