Returns offers for one specific block.

Calculates and returns offers for amending a specific block.<br>You must have at least one of these scopes: 'offers.read, blocks.manage, reservations.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.blocks.read'.

Return also offers that are currently not publicly bookable as restrictions are violated. By default only available offers are returned
