Get Bulk Apply Job Status

Return the job's status + per-asset results summary.

The handler writes a compact list of per-asset entries into result_data: each carries asset_public_id, applied (domain → added/modified/removed counts), unsupported_domains, and an optional error for failed assets. A UI can render "Applied 42 of 50" plus a per-asset expandable detail directly from this payload.
