Return full detail for a single entity node.

Returns description, raw entity_type, and source documents for the given entity node within the authenticated workspace.

ADR-056: this is the click-time detail endpoint. The list endpoint GET /v1/graph returns lightweight GraphNode without description to avoid payload bloat.

Isolation: 404 is returned uniformly when node_id exists in another tenant's workspace (no information leakage).

Sources: provenance resolved via lightrag_vdb_entity_* (chunk_ids) → lightrag_doc_chunks (full_doc_id). lightrag_graph_nodes.source_chunk_ids is not used — LightRAG 1.5.x does not populate it during extraction. Empty list when provenance is unavailable.
