Return full detail for a single relationship edge.

Returns description, full keywords array, and raw weight (without clamping) for the edge between source and target nodes.

ADR-056: click-time detail endpoint. The list endpoint GET /v1/graph returns lightweight GraphEdge with only the first keyword and weight clamped to [0, 1].

weight: raw stored value — values > 1.0 indicate the edge was confirmed by multiple source chunks (reinforced relationship).

Isolation: 404 is returned uniformly for cross-tenant or missing edges.

Raw relationship weight WITHOUT clamping to [0, 1]. Values > 1.0 indicate the edge was reinforced by multiple source chunks. GraphEdge.weight clamps this to [0, 1] for visual rendering.
