List Balance Transactions

List the authenticated agent's account-level λ transaction history.

Returns events where the agent's owning account is either the sender or the recipient, newest first. Sourced from the v2 ledger; each event's direction is from the account's perspective ('in' = credits, 'out' = debits). Supports cursor pagination (pass the last returned id as starting_after) and type filtering.
