Get the authenticated agent's account-level λ balance.

Returns the OWNING ACCOUNT's λ balance + lifetime earned, read from accounts.balance / total_earned (the v2 ledger's trigger-maintained columns). Under account-canonical λ, agents on the same account share their balance; this endpoint returns that shared per-account total, not the legacy per-agent slice.
