Заявка на оплату — документ модуля docflow (документы): её заводят и согласуют здесь, а в модуль finance (счета, выписки и расчёты) приходит только согласованная. Автор с правом docflow.flow:request видит свои заявки; scope=all отдаёт все заявки кабинета тем, у кого есть docflow.flow:read или docflow.flow:approve. Строка несёт ход оплаты (progress) и, когда платёж прошёл, реквизиты платёжного поручения — доступа к финансам для этого не нужно.

mine — свои заявки (по умолчанию); all — все заявки кабинета при праве чтения или согласования

status'draft' | 'on_approval' | 'rework' | 'approved' | 'rejected' | 'cancelled'

Состояние документа заявки: черновик, на согласовании, на доработке, согласована, отклонена, отозвана
