Найти каноническое обсуждение доступного объекта

Не создаёт чат. Сейчас поддерживается tasks.task; дополнительно нужны tasks:read и видимость задачи. Отсутствующий или недоступный объект и ещё не созданное обсуждение возвращают 404.
