Get paginated current flight authorization list

Returns current (non-ended, non-cancelled) flight authorizations for the user's organization with fixed severity ordering (CONTINGENT, withdrawn after activation, NON_CONFIRMING, ACTIVATED, ACCEPTED with start within ±4 hours, then remaining). Pagination uses page and size only; sort is server-defined. Includes the same per-status statistics as the list endpoint.

Sort criteria. Prefer Spring-style repeated params, e.g. sort=status,DESC&sort=id,DESC. Each value is field (default DESC) or field,DIR. Repeated sort params are joined by the binder; a single value such as status,DESC,id,DESC is also accepted. Invalid formats fall back to id,DESC.
