Get drone telemetry audit log by Flight Authorization ID

Returns ordered drone telemetry audit records for the given Flight Authorization.

Time window: from activation time minus 1 minute to end time plus 1 minute. If the flight is not ended, the window is from activation time minus 1 minute to now.

Authorization: requires read:audit_drone_telemetry AND (user is a Flight Manager of the same organization as the Flight Authorization, or the Pilot of this Flight Authorization); alternatively, users with read:audit_drone_telemetry:all can access any record.
