Img Proxy

Server-side avatar proxy for the SPL form. CDN avatars on media.licdn.com / fbcdn.net / cdninstagram.com are referer/UA-gated and won't hotlink from a browser <img>; we fetch them here with the right Referer + UA (the proven _IMG_REFERERS pattern) and stream the bytes back same-origin. X avatars (pbs.twimg.com) hotlink fine and are not routed through here. (SPL avatar fix 2026-05-27)
