Legacy single-platform (X-only) scan endpoint.
Deprecated 2026-05-23 (cost-audit Fix #6). No traffic since 2026-04-30 — the modern customer flow is /api/extract (multi-platform extractor). The legacy classifier (accountability_classifier.py) it dispatched to bypassed the cost-tracker entirely, so leaving the route reachable would have been a paid-call leak waiting to happen if anyone hit it again.
Returns HTTP 410 Gone — clients should switch to /api/extract.
