List available video models

Returns the video models you can generate with. Authentication is optional: authenticated callers see prices in their org's billing currency, anonymous callers see USD. A credential that is present but invalid is rejected, never treated as anonymous. A model without a price in that currency is not returned, because it cannot be submitted.
